Johnny Depp’s thirst for vampires

OSCARSJohnny Depp can suck my blood anytime. The “Public Enemies” star is fascinated by vampires and has a space in his London home full of items relating to them.

A source told to National Enquirer magazine: “Johnny has a whole room devoted to vampires. He’s fascinated by them.

“Johnny uses the room to relax, meditate and be alone.”

In his collection are masks, capes, posters, fangs and a rare copy of Bram Stoker’s novel “Dracula.”

Depp has admitted his fascination with the blood suckers, claiming he was enthralled by the 60s supernatural soap, “Dark Shadows.”

He said: “Barnabas Collins from ‘Dark Shadows’ was a huge obsession of mine. I loved Barnabas Collins more than I loved the Harlem Globetrotters.

“I wanted to be Barnabas Collins so much that I found a ring, it was probably one of my mother’s rings, and I wore it on this finger, and I tried to comb my hair like Barnabas Collins, and I was trying to figure out how I could get fangs. It really had a heavy impact on me, a heavy influence on me.”

Why aren’t you obsessed with “Moonlight,” Johnny? Throw some of the Tim Burton power into getting me a movie, damn it! Or just having Alex O’Loughlin show up in my house with tight pants and a pair of fangs. That’d be good, too.
