Heidi Montag's new Playboy pictures are dirty! Heidi and Spencer Pratt debuted the new issue of Playboy last night while on the red carpet for the premiere of GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra in L.A.
Montag appears on the cover in a white bikini covered in dirt with a Playboy bunny drawn on her stomach. She posed for the photos after returning from Costa Rica where they starred on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! Although she does not appear nude in the magazine, the cover is looking pretty hot.
