Balloon Boy's Parents Are Heading To Jail!

Balloon Boy father Richard Heene, 48, and his 45 year old wife Mayumi are going to jail for the now famous balloon hoax! Richard is going to jail for 90 days but 60 of those days will be spent on work release. Mayumi will head to jail for 20 days. They also got four years of probation, were banned from profiting from the case, i.e. public appearance fees, 100 of community service and fined $42,000 to repay emergency workers called to investigate the flying balloon. In reaction o the sentence, Heene said "I'm very, very sorry, and I want to apologize to all the rescue workers out there and the people who got involved in the community. That's it."

Alan Cumming loves weddings for the party

Nobody can party like the gays. And gay weddings brought the party for actor Alan Cumming. He was so happy to be allowed to marry his longterm partner because it meant he could throw a big party for his family and friends.

After two years of dating, Cumming wed Grant Shaffer in a lavish star-studded civil partnership ceremony in 2007, three years after same-sex marriage was introduced in the U.K.

“It meant a lot here (in the U.K.) and in a symbolic way, being able to claim rights that everyone should have and here you do and in America you don’t,” said Cumming.

“Gay people didn’t have that thing until recently where you can have all your family and friends to celebrate your relationship and that was a really lovely thing to do. I hadn’t realized that was something gay people aren’t allowed to do.”

Scandalous Miss USA Photos

The Miss USA Pageant is involved in another scandal! This time a few of their promotional shots are being called too sexy by loyal fans and critics of the annual competition. However, a rep for the pageant calls them "tasteful and very sexy." They added that they are receiving tons of calls complaining but claim that, "You can have brains and be smart and still be sexy."

The Miss USA  pageant airs this Sunday at 7:00 PM on NBC. Take a look at the pics and let us know if you think they are too risque!

Sandra Bullock Accepts Razzie As Promised

Sandra Bullock came through as she promised last night at the Razzie Awards in Hollywood. The Oscar nominated actress promised to make a speech at the Razzie's if she won and she did! Bullock accepted the award for Worst Actress and Worst Screen Couple with Bradley Cooper for All About Steve! 

She said, “I brought the shooting script. I’m willing to go through page by page, read the line the way I did it in the film and, if anyone wants to give me a line read of how I could’ve done it better…. We can do this till about 4 o’clock in the morning. Or you guys can just watch the movie and rethink your decision, and I’ll show up next year and we can go out for a drink afterward.”
