Robert Pattinson seems to bring the crazy wherever he goes, whether it’s from insane fans or the world just crumbling around him. Production on his movie “Remember Me” was stopped Wednesday when firefighters rushed to the New York set to investigate a crumbling building.
The movie is being shot in downtown Manhattan, but work was delayed when a crack in the wall of an older building nearby widened and set off alarms placed to monitor the damage.
Five fire engines and a 20-strong crew of firefighters arrived on scene (come on, boys, you knew RPattz was there) The film crew tried to shoot around the commotion.
“It’s causing a hold-up for the shoot. We can’t get anything in or out of here,” said an on-set source.
Pattinson refused to let the interruption interfere with his job.
An onlooker reported, “Robert was concentrating on his scene. But most of the crew were staring nervously at the crack in the building and talking about whether it will fall down or not.”
