I don’t really know what look Ashley Tisdale is going for with this outfit, but if it’s shabby homeless crazy lady I think she’s nailed it. She even dressed up her rat in a dog suit, how cute. Whatever it is, it’s not working. For some reason I find she looks like Emilio Estevez, but not as handsome I can’t be the only one.
