Don't worry people, Jesse James' Nazi hat was all a Jewish joke! That's what Jess's lawyer is saying about the picture above. Joe Yanny told CNN that the hat was a "gag gift" to Jesse from his Jewish godfather. He also added that he is not a neo-Nazi because possessing Nazi memorabilia does not make him a neo-Nazi and that he spent a month in an Israeli kibbutz. Yanny was also asked what Jesse was in rehab for and he replied, "I would request that his rights in regards to privacy and his medical matters be respected."
