TMZ reports that Brittany Murphy's official cause of death has been determined. An accidental death caused by community acquired pneumonia, iron deficiency anemia, and multiple drug intoxication. Sources also state that her death was brought on after self medicating herself for pneumonia and severe anemia. If she had gone to the hospital instead of self medicating herself, her death could have possibly been prevented.
