Balloon Boy father Richard Heene, 48, and his 45 year old wife Mayumi are going to jail for the now famous balloon hoax! Richard is going to jail for 90 days but 60 of those days will be spent on work release. Mayumi will head to jail for 20 days. They also got four years of probation, were banned from profiting from the case, i.e. public appearance fees, 100 of community service and fined $42,000 to repay emergency workers called to investigate the flying balloon. In reaction o the sentence, Heene said "I'm very, very sorry, and I want to apologize to all the rescue workers out there and the people who got involved in the community. That's it."
