Denzel Washington gave a pair of newlyweds a fantastic present – his presence. The actor posed with them for their wedding pictures.

The actor was eating lunch at an outdoor cafe with his wife Pauletta when he saw the new husband and wife leaving a chapel in Positano, Italy after their wedding ceremony.

Washington got up from his table to congratulate the British couple, then wrapped his arms around them and posed for pictures..

Alastair and Caroline Nightingale later ran into Washington at a local bar, where he secured the best-celebrity-ever title by buying them a round of drinks.

“He made our day. He is a really nice guy, totally charming,” said Alastair.
