Michael Lohan and Kate Major just got engaged! It's being reported that Lindsay Lohan's dad and former tabloid journalist and Jon Gosselin ex-girlfriend Kate Major are getting married! Lohan, 49, said that, "I'm ecstatic. I've never met anyone who's been there for me like Kate. She's always been there for me. The one thing about Kate is that she doesn't come with baggage." Kate, 27, also added that, "I'm very traditional, so I wanted him to talk to my father. Michael went down with me to Florida for Easter, to meet my father to ask for his permission, and my father gave his blessing."
A date and location for the wedding hasn't been set yet but Major said, "it will probably be in New York, probably at the end of this year." Readers, do you think it's weird that Lindsay's dad is marrying Jon Gosselin's former fling?
