It's being reported by E! that Jessica Simpson is officially dating Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan.
A source has said that Simpson and the 42-year-old singer have fallen in love. "She has fallen hard and is smitten." She added that they are "officially dating." Both Simpson's and Corgan's reps have not commented on their relationship but a friend of Jessica isn't so sure they are dating. "He's just another in an endless string of Jessica's boyfriends. They think he's too old for her. No one takes any of her boyfriends seriously anymore because she has had so many. They're sick of all of them being 'the one," says the source.
