A leaked toxicology report from Brittany Murphy's death investigation reveals that an accidental overdose “absolutely could have resulted in her untimely death.” The report says that medications were found in Murphy's bedroom that could have played part in her death. “Absolutely, mixing a number of these drugs could have resulted in her death,” Dr. Bruce Goldberger, Professor and Director of Toxicology at the University of Florida College of Medicine said. “At the moment it is pointing towards an overdose or at least that will have to be ruled out by the autopsy or toxicology results.” Also, some of the medications found in her home included Topamax, Methylprednisolone, Fluoxetine, Klonopin, Carbamazepine, Ativan, Vicoprofen, Propranolol, Biaxin, Hydrocodone and miscellaneous vitamins.
The official toxicology tests won't be out for a few more weeks but more signs are pointing to prescription pills contributing to the death of the 32 year old actress.
