Kelly Osbourne is opening up about her drug addiction.
Kelly says that her addiction to pain pills started when her mother Sharon was diagnosis with colon cancer in 2002 and when her dad Ozzy was involved in a near-fatal quad-bike-accident. "I was trying to be strong, so I took Vicodin to hide the terrible sadness. I was waking up and emptying six Vicodin into my hand. Soon I was taking 50 pills a day. Most people would overdose on 10."
Osbourne has been clean since after entering rehab in January 2009 and plans to compete in the new season of Dancing With The Stars. She hopes she can parlay the DWTS appearance into a full recovery.
